How Well Does PS2 SATA Network Adapter Kit Work in 2022?
198Recently, I purchased a Bitfunx SATA PS2 Network Adapter kit to retrofit into my original Sony PS2 fat network adapter to go from IDE/PATA to SATA. One of the main reasons I did this is because I wanted to retain my network connectivity, and not go with a whole SATA network adapter change out with no network functionality.
Kit installation is easy, maybe 15 mins or less if you know what you are doing, and the instructions are helpful.
Paired with a SATA drive and using programs like HDL Batch Installer, WinHIIP, or others, install your PS2 games to the hard drive on you PC, and then play them like a boss with OPL. Enjoy!
