The guild master and raid leader of Prisoners of Warcraft - a casual, flexible heroic raid guild - shares thoughts on running his raid team with a focus on how loot is handled now, and how it might be handled in the upcoming Battle for Azeroth expansion.

We'd like to think that we're an exception to the norm, not having to worry about pugs or loot drama, at least most of the time. This change will affect my guild but I as guild leader have to come to terms with the new system, and somehow talk the guild into doing the same.
