Here's a handy guide to how you do Christmas if you find yourself in the middle of the ocean during the festive period.

Competitors in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, known as the 'world's toughest row' are aiming to get from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua, across the Atlantic. The record time for the annual race is 36 days.

Lieutenant Max Lawrence, of Team Atlantic Guardsmen, tells us how he'll keep the festive spirits up during the gruelling row.
