HP Touchpad running Android Gingerbread
2In a rather large leap, I went from a Nook Color running Android to an HP Touchpad 32gb edition running Android also. Unlike my Nook, this device is actually dual booting. I can pick from WebOS or Android.
In this video, I am running XROM CM7. I've tried to play around with other roms but they haven't been going so hot. I'd like to play with Cornerstone which can handle true multitasking like WebOS but it is having issues with my wifi. I prefer to stay booted into Android but there are time when I pop over to WebOS. Currently, WebOS can handle the front facing camera okay for pictures but it seems Android isn't doing so well with it. It's a MAJOR performance leap over the Nook Color and almost doubles the AnTuTu benchmark scores. Hope this video proves hand to anybody who'd like to see Android on an HP Touchpad.
