At the same time the MoP beta came in, the Diablo 3 beta came in too. Lovely. I picked the MoP beta to go with first.

For this video, I went ahead and grabbed some footage of the customization of pandas. Seems like WoW is now using a grid of options for your creation instead of just clicking through the various things. I noticed that the pandas do seem to borrow heavily from existing races. When I turned the panda warrior's back to the camera, to me it looked like an orc. I think the female pandas look like female gnomes.

After creating my panda monk, I went ahead and record some early questing items. I will say that in playing a monk, I think it will appeal to people who like action MMORPGs like VIndictus, Tera, Rusty Hearts, etc. While not as deeply steeped in being a beat-em up like those games, it just feels like the monk has some pretty active combat so far. I am curious how easy it will be to play a monk while focused on raid mechanics though.
