[HSR] Pure Fiction 1.6 Stage 4 - 66.8k - Clara Hyper & Himeko/Topaz/Kafka (Youci's Wandering Words)
as you can see i didn't cut out the beginning restarts just to show you how volatile this game mode is (as far as I can tell anyway, also I've had to restart Node 2 quite a few times before so I got "lucky" this time). even if I chose the other two buffs I still felt like one missed crit or different targeting (enemy RNG or your own units) would wildly change things. also the mobs seem to come out unevenly and are tied to certain previous mobs being killed, idk why it's like this (instead of always having 4-5 mobs on screen or smth)
my "strategy"/thoughts for each node:
For Node 1, using Clara Hypercarry means you'll have to try and redirect as many attacks as possible to Clara (duh). Most (all?) of the reinforcements spawn in with 25 "action value" until their next attack, so you can chain a lot of counters, and if you're lucky(?) with speed tuning then there will be a significant amount of time between Yukong Skill+Ult and 2 allies taking turns, letting Clara hit for a lot of damage. Pela probably shouldn't be used in this team (as tempting as her easy Ult gains are), due to easily breaking a bunch of enemies and Freezing them (thus no Clara counters), though honestly I might just be saying that for personal reasons as I couldn't get her to work with Clara. Also for the Trotters on Wave 2 you'll want to avoid having them alone, and avoid having zero Shatter stacks on them because then it's really hard to kill them (aka pray the splash damage from Clara's enhanced counters and the Shatter stacks from Yukong/FX delete them)
Node 2 is literally fuck it we ball, idk what else to put lol
okay seriously though one thing I will say is that I targeted the vagrants (the shovel dudes) as much as possible because holy crap they are annoying with the Action Advance/ATK boost, especially with the Trotters in Wave 2 and Svarog in Wave 3. Either destroy a Spider Automaton next to them or break them with Topaz/Himeko. A Lightning unit is recommended (probably Serval is a good alternative to Kafka) with Himeko even if trying the Asta/Himeko Fire team comp, because non-Fire weak enemies here are instead weak to Lightning.
(I also really don't feel comfortable running zero-sustain teams, but this mode doesn't punish your rewards for dying soooo... I guess I have to just accept it)
Scoring for PF:
For basic enemies: you get 3 points per 1% HP lost by the enemy. If the enemy dies, you gain an additional 200. (500 total)
For Trotters: you get 5 points per 1% HP lost. if the Trotter dies, gain an additional 1500. (2000 total)
For elite enemies: you get 25 points per 1% HP lost. If the elite dies, gain an additional 1500. (4000 total)
For bosses (Gepard/Svarog): you get 50 points per 1% HP lost. If the boss dies, gain an additional 3000 (8000 total). Note the boss cannot die until all other enemies are dead.
Wave 1: 20 enemies
Wave 2: 12 enemies + 2 Trotters
Wave 3: 24 enemies + Boss
