After Havoc's resounding success at finding and destroying an NVA truck depot on the Ho-Chi Min Trail under total darkness, the CIA has once again requested Havoc to take part in a special operation. The intel recovered from the depot before it was turned to smouldering rubble has been vital to the success of Project Perses. Now, rather than stealthily infiltrating a depot, the CIA has something else in mind

The Tet offensive is in full swing and Hue has come under enemy occupation once again. As members of the elite Special Operations Group (SOG), Spike Team Havoc must perform an all out assault in order to recover POWs vital to the war effort, and to stop them from spilling war defining secrets to the enemy. Using a number of "Nasty" PT Boats, Havoc goes full throttle all the way to Hue.
