There are lots of PC gamers who are FPS snobs that cannot play games unless they are 60 FPS. I have never been one of those people.

I grew up with consoles that don't run all games at 60 FPS. So, I don't mind games running at 30 FPS. Sometimes, I even deliberately cap the framerate to 30 for various reasons. Sometimes, I want my PC to cool down. Some games have an unstable 60 FPS that I just toned it down to 30. I don't know why, but Ghost Recon Wildlands looks weird at 60 FPS, even though I can technically run it at that.

This post highlights the PS5 Pro running games at around 45 FPS, which is better than 30 at least, but you'd expect the Pro console to be able to perform way better than that, or at least I do. I don't mind playing games at 30 FPS, but I do mind broken promises, and the PS5 Pro is a lot of that so far.

"Human eye can only see 30 FPS. So, it's overkill." That's just factually inaccurate. Most people can see the difference between 30 FPS and anything above that. Look up the video comparisons on YouTube and tell me with a straight face that you can't tell the difference.

Personally, to me, 30 FPS is good enough for most modern single-player titles, but there are cases where I do want 60 FPS or more, like Counter Strike Source, a game that I play regularly these days against bots. It's also beneficial for any other modern or competitive shooters or competitive games in general. The more framerates, the more information that'll come to you sooner, which will make you make decisions faster. What do you think? Are you an FPS snob? Or do you just want to game?
