And so we return to the Senran Kagura Retrospective! ...albeit in Burst Re:Newal because I accidentally deleted my 3DS emulator. Also, my computer's audio jack no longer works, so I've been recording all of my audio from my Samsung phone since then.

I believe last time I played Senran Kagura Burst, I was on the mission you see in this video, so I should be caught up. All missions from here on in are uncharted territory (although in Burst Re:Newal, I've not touched Hanzo's storyline even though I went through it in the 3DS version, Daidouji fight included, so I'm unsure if there are any differences in Burst Re:Newal's story as compared to 3DS Burst).

While I'm in Burst Re:Newal, do let me know if you'd like me to cover Yumi and Miyabi's campaign missions-- I do have Miyabi's, but I don't have Yumi's storyline because Miyabi is my favourite of the leaders and I'm a bit biased.

My thoughts on the mission in this video? Well, since I played the 3DS version, it certainly gave Hikage some character-- due to her buying Yomi lunch despite defeating her in combat. Her heart's in the right place for helping Yomi, despite the fact that Hikage doesn't emote. I like to think my Hikage voice certainly got better as compared to how I was voicing her previously.
