Hunter Assassin Level 1 to 150 - Gameplay Walkthrough Part 1
56Control a rogue warrior (a hunter assassin) and hunt down your targets one by one in this game. Use your surroundings and shadows to stay hidden from flashlights emitted from patrolling soldiers. If you like the stealth genre and enjoy the thrill of being an assassin in mobile games, then you should try Hunter Assassin.
Your targets (the patrolling guards) with automatic machine guns can be lurking around each corner. Attack them swiftly and escape without being spotted. You can do what I do in this video: wait in a hideout, in the dark, and rush out to end a target's life before rushing back to the same hideout (tap to get to your target then quick tap to get back to your initial hideout).
Each eliminated target drops valuable gems. Use gems to unlock faster assassins. But to be honest, watching ads will reward you player with much more gems (and steadily) than achieving goals (like "eliminate 10 targets" for instance) in Hunter Assassin.
The problem is that, like in lots of free puzzle-action games, there are tons of ads when you turn your Wifi/mobile data on during your gaming session. You can play Hunter Assassin offline though (that's what GamePlays365 did for this first impressions and walkthrough video) if you can't bear watching too many ads every now and then (especially during the first dozens of levels, which are too short and which make watching long ads particularly frustrating).
In that video, GamePlays365 will give our first impressions on Hunter Assassin and make a walkthrough from its level 1 to level 150.
Note that when you are spotted by a guard, then you will receive less diamonds from the act of killing him than if you did the same thing without being spotted.
In Hunter Assassin, patience is very important. If you want to hurry up, then you may have to play again and again before finding the good approach.
In our video, GamePlays365 used an assassin having a 40% health bonus even if we would love to simply have a +20% speed assassin. Indeed, we think that building speed is more important than building health in this kind of puzzle-action game.
You have to be aware that you can not choose the kind of upgrade you want to do (speed or health). Actually, the upgrade is done randomly. So when you have enough gems to do the upgrade, you can not choose the kind of upgrade you want, but only tap on a button "Random upgrade" and the game will choose randomly for you between the possible remaining upgrades (because it will not choose).
At GamePlays365, we think that the gaming experience would have been better if there was a dramatic/suspenful background music (in the stealth mood). It's a bit too bad there is none in Hunter Assassin. Thats's why we edited the gameplay video so as to add some background soundtracks.
Overall, Hunter Assassin is a fun game to play, very easy until the level 126 (that you can watch since 1:53:59). From that level, the difficulty will increase, and the player will have to focus more to succeed in exterminating all guards. The control is intuitive and the game will try and find the best path possible for you to assassinate the patrolling soldiers without being seen by their flashlights (it will mostly go around to stab their back instead of taking the shortest path possible).
