In today’s episode of Project Zomboid, our survivor sets out on a vital supply run into Muldragh. This time, the mission isn’t about food or weapons—it’s about knowledge and morale. We’re heading to the bookstore to gather skill books that will be crucial for long-term survival, and to the VHS store to find tapes for both entertainment and learning. With every page and tape, we’re preparing for the challenges ahead, ensuring our survivor has the skills and mindset to endure the apocalypse.

Project Zomboid just dropped a massive unstable update packed with fixes, new features, and big gameplay changes. In today’s stream we’ll be testing out the patch live from shotgun mechanics finally working properly to new crafting improvements, trait additions, generator fuel adjustments, and dozens of balance tweaks and fixes.
Key highlights include:
Ranged combat overhaul – headshots deal 3x damage, arms/legs much less.
Shotgun fix – no more “dodging pellets,” every hit counts.
Generators – new defaults and higher fuel consumption (watch your saves).
New Crafty trait – 30% bonus XP for crafting skills.
Quality of life updates – store corpses in car trunks, cigarettes smoked from the pack, double-click to eat or drink, improved tooltips, and more.
New content – NASCAR cars, new survivor names, new sounds, mirror crafting, improved loot windows, and blacked-out rooms behind closed doors.
Balance & fixes – better calorie burn rates, dried foods adjusted, skill unlocks streamlined, pipebomb and explosive tweaks, and hundreds of bug fixes.
This unstable branch is experimental — expect bugs, crashes, and changes as we go. Let’s dive into the new build and see how it all plays out live!

Thanks for Watching and Have a nice day!
