1. Starting gear - "Red"
EFFECT : No known effect.
LOCATION : You start the game with this gear.

2. Hidden gear - "Blue"
EFFECT : Decreases time between sword slash combos (allows you to attack again sooner after the third strike in a combo).
LOCATION : North zone - indoors, behind a locked door.

3. Hidden gear - "Fuchsia"
EFFECT : Increases the speed with which your ammo bar recharges from melee attacks.
LOCATION : South zone - indoors, behind a locked door.

4. Hidden gear - "White"
EFFECT : Decreases the time it takes to interact with something (opening doors, picking up health packs, etc.).
LOCATION : East zone - indoors, behind a locked door.

5. Hidden gear - "Yellow"
EFFECT : Increased movement speed.
LOCATION ; West zone - outdoors, behind a locked door.

6. Hidden gear - "Orange"
EFFECT : Increases the rate at which grenades recharge (by approximately 25%; thanks Sardaukar).
LOCATION : East zone - indoors, behind a locked door.

7. Challenge gear - "Green/Blue"
EFFECT : Makes it easier to perform chain-dashes(? alternatively, it may reduce the delay between non-chain-dash dash combos).
Some have reported that it actually makes you heal faster when you use a medkit.
LOCATION : West zone - indoors, after a chain-dash challenge.

8. Gift gear - "Pink"
EFFECT : You start recovering stamina sooner.
LOCATION : South zone - outdoors, given to you by an NPC.

9. Challenge gear - "Black"
EFFECT : Normal melee attacks cause more extreme deaths (e.g. decapitation, as though the charged slash was used). The effect is purely cosmetic; enemies don't take additional damage.
LOCATION : Central town - Arena

10. Challenge gear - "Ochre"
EFFECT : Increases your maximum health by 1.
LOCATION : North zone - indoors, obtainable after activating every monolith.

11. Challenge gear - "Purple"
EFFECT : Doubles your stamina (e.g. a special move that previously consumed half the bar will now only consume a quarter of it).
LOCATION : Central town - dash arena.
