Or, maybe this level is actually called Blocky Isle 3. Regardless, here's how you reach the goal sphere in this level. It requires a cape, but fortunately, the level itself does provide a Cape Feather if you've activated the Green Switch Palace.

And then, after I get the goal sphere, I hop right back into the level to get the moon, which doesn't require a cape. Just veer right after you hit the P-switch at the usual location on the level's normal route.
