4When you have Lastations shares up to at least 40% and have the final dungeon unlocked, if all the requirements for the True Ending are met, an event called "Verse Black Heart" will appear. Even with your memory, Black Heart still refuse to help. There is only one option, fight her one on one under the condition she'll join if you win.
This is the hardest fight against Black Heart, not only does she have tons of new moves and really high stats, she also has her deadly Infinity Slash move. This technique works just like Neptune's Neptune Break, so it can deal a huge amount of damage. Use regain and as much healing skills, defend as well.
If you can manage to defeat Black Heart at her best, she will join your party and you can give her a name. (Default name is Noire) She is at level 60, which makes her a very good party member.
