I was asked to compare the Hyperkin Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64 and GameCube HDMI cable with the stock composite and this is what I saw. This video is a bit different because I used a RetroTink by Mike Chi to capture the S-Video footage in order to compare it to the HDMI cable.
