HyperX Origins 60 unboxing and review - tiny, snazzy and comfortable too
This is an unboxing and review of the HyperX Origins 60 - another 60% keyboard from HyperX which is their first venture without the support of Ducky. This is a fantastic little keyboard with a lot going for it, including some great RGB lighting, a nifty spacebar design, PBT doubleshot keycaps, a comfortable and accurate keyswitch and much more besides.

Features of the HyperX Origins 60 include:
PBT doubleshot keycaps (with a soft touch finish)
Aluminium backplate with a hefty premium feeling weight to it
HyperX Linear Red switches which feel and sound great
Secondary actions with media controls, game key and onboard profile switching
Compatibility with HyperX Ngenuity software
Reprogrammable keys via software
Programmable function layer for extra key press, actions and macros
Well thought out design with directional arrows near where they normally would be
Pre-key RGB lighting with multiple layerable effects
There's a lot to like about this keyboard. It's quiet. Comfortable and satisfying to type on. It feels premium and has some great settings out of the box. The layout is also well thought out which makes it much easier to use than a standard 60% keyboard, which are usually a pita. The HyperX keyswitches are quieter and easier on the fingers than Cherry MX keyswitches and generally nice to use.
