As a big-time fan of Koei Tecmo's Warriors (Musou) series, I've been looking forward to Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity ever since it was announced. Now, it's a few short weeks away, and I've been playing it ahead of time to get my review ready.

Here are my first impressions from the first couple of chapters: it's amazing. Koei Tecmo did a brilliant job with the original Hyrule Warriors, and they've one-upped themselves with this one. Unless something goes catastrophically wrong from the first couple of chapters, this is going to be one of my favourite games of the year.
