Even though Hyrule is safe, there is still a new threat, which has created another rift between Eras and Dimensions, and Link is sent to investigate, where he encounters Tetra, the leader of the pirates, who is fighting some monsters, and Link helps her out with stopping the monsters that suddenly appeared.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This scenario first appeared in Hyrule Warriors Legends, it was not in the Wii U game, so here begins the Wind Waker scenario, this takes place at Forsaken Fortress, and Water is the recommended element, but you do get to play as Tetra in this scenario, even though you can only pick Link for this one.
Forsaken Fortress is a very huge map, and I recommend activating every Owl Statue so that you can warp around with the Ocarina. We encounter some monsters called Big Blins, they have an elemental weakness to Lightning, but we don't have a character that can use a Lightning element weapon, even if Link does get access to a weapon with that element, but it is not unlocked in Legend Mode.
There will be some Stone Heads blocking the way, so your first objective is to capture Bomb Shop, that will open the doors leading to a chest containing a Hammer, and using it to press the switch will open the doors.
Tetra does have some good combo moves, but she doesn't have her best attacks until you can get more Attack Badges for her to increase her combos. The next thing to do is to hit the switches with the Hammer to destroy the Stone Heads blocking the way, but there will be some Big Blins advancing to the Allied Base, so you can try and stop them from advancing. The Hammer is also good when a Big Blin is preparing its powerful attack, so using the Hammer can make them vulnerable, allowing you to hit it with a weak point smash. A Giant Bird will show up, and you can't defeat him, he is known as the Helmaroc King, and if you try to fight him, he will fly away. You will want to take out the Ruffians before they attack Windfall Island, and if you pounded all three switches with the Hammer, you can advance to different parts of the map.
The next objective is to capture the Forsaken Fortress keeps, and there will be a new enemy called a ChuChu, the only way to defeat them is by using a Hammer or Special Attack, normal attacks cannot defeat them. Once you start capturing the Forsaken Fortress keeps, the Boss Blin will unleash Gohma onto the battlefield, so your top priority before fighting Gohma is to activate the Owl Statue at the Forsaken Fortress, and use the Ocarina to warp to where Gohma is. This can be a tricky fight, but you should be able to do it, as Gohma is a boss you have fought many times.
When Gohma is defeated, the next task is to take down the Boss Blin, and if you try to fight the Helmaroc King around then, he will be gone for the rest of the fight. The next task is to take down the Boss Blin, as he is a Stone Blin, this enemy has an elemental weakness to Water, having Tetra fight the Boss Blin would be your best shot, or you can use Link to take it down if you want.
After defeating the Boss Blin, that will be the scenario completed, and we go through some cutscenes and that will be it. The Gold Skulltula is north of Dragon Roost, and it is behind a cracked wall, which you will need bombs for. The Piece of Heart for Link is at Star Island Keep, and the Heart Container for Tetra is located beneath a boulder, north of Star Island Keep is a tunnel, which is where the chest for the Heart Container is located. Forsaken Fortress is a great map, and I do like the music as well, and as this is a very large map, it does make good use of the Ocarina to get to different areas.
