Start by taking the Sacred Pedestal but do not focus on taking out Linkle yet. Instead, focus on getting to the locations of allies that are being targeted by Recruiters. Once all three groups are saved, head back to Medli's location since she'll most likely start getting swarmed by Rogue and Enemy Forces about this time. Linkle will be in this large group so take her out here. Once the large group of units is dealt with, take out the remaining captains to open up the Rogue Base. Then take out Darunia to win!
