In addition to Fi, take someone who can destroy Weak Points; in the case of this video, I took Wizzro with me. Not only does he absolutely destroy Giant Boss weak points, he's got some good area attacks for the groups of enemies.
Have each of your characters defending a Bombchu so that it can make it to their target, then finish off the Giant Bosses once their health is reduced. Be sure to take out the groups with Lizalfos along the way and keep an eye on the Demolition Experts so that they can amplify the power of the Bombchus.
