7Building a combo cafe/bookshelf perfect for the modern vibes of Nordhaven in the new Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies expansion! I definitely forgot a bathroom (OOPS) so it's not functional as a cafe currently, but that's easily fixable! Still such a cozy build that you can use to run any small business, the cafe even has a spot for you to sell candy! Hope y'all enjoy!
