Rust has just had one of the biggest updates to world generation in the history of the game. New cliffs, lakes, rivers, rocks and even, canyons. I knew that I wanted to build my base in one of these fresh locations, and for this wipe, I chose the canyon. The problem with the canyon though, is that its extremely difficult to make a base that’s at all decent at defending a raid, so I made it my mission to equip my canyon base with a bunch of tech that would make it more than a daunting task for any group to try and take on.
