I Don't Know How to Please || Text Adventure Games
1Probably not my most exciting video, but I know a lot of people that have a lot of nostalgia for these types of games and so I wanted to give it a try. Prior to this point the closest thing to a text adventure game I had ever interacted with was one of those Choose Your Own Adventure books, which I still love to this day! I really do like the idea of Text Adventure games, however there are a lot of unknowns especially when it comes to the commands. I still enjoyed it for what it was, but I think I would have enjoyed it more if there was a bit more direction in how to navigate within the games themselves.
None of this means I'm opposed to playing any and all Text Adventure games though. If you have a suggestion for a game you think would be fun or that's a bit more quirky, go ahead and leave a comment letting me know.
