I'm so excited to finally share this video with you! A variation of an earlier video of mine, this is a in-depth review and discussion of the book, "I Don't Want To Be An Empath Anymore" by author Ora North.
We will discuss main themes of the book, and I will provide my own insights and discussion points. This book is classified as "self-help", and is intended for an audience of empaths. Ora North discusses the trials that empaths face, and provides detailed examples of work that they can do to reclaim their natural power, while also validating their experiences.
I personally give this book a 4.5 out of 5. Well written, clear and succinct, and features unique solutions to dealing with one's deep emotions and pain. You can tell that Ora North truly cares about her audience, and her words are real and human.
