If Tesla allowed me to transfer FSD from my Model 3 to a Model Y I would instantly buy one! Or charge me $100 a month and I'd be down as well. I can't justify paying $7000 every time I buy a new Tesla. For these reasons, I'm mostly likely going to hold onto my Model 3 way longer than a normal car. Tesla will continue to lose out on more money as long as their FSD model is left unchanged.
