I Fixed the 8bitdo 64’s Button Colors
The 8bitdo 64 is a good controller, but one thing about it always felt wrong—the button colors. The classic Nintendo 64 controller had bold, distinct colors that gave it personality, while the 8bitdo 64 settled for a plain, all-white color scheme.
In this video, I take on the fix myself by restoring the iconic look. I go through the process of painting the buttons, matching the classic N64 color scheme, and showing the final results. If you’ve ever wondered what the 8bitdo 64 should have looked like out of the box, this is it.
Whether you’re into controller mods, N64 nostalgia, or just want to see how a small change can make a big difference, this video will show you the transformation from start to finish.
