This video is an overview of my favorite Demoman loadout using the Random Loadout Generator. I personally find it to be the best tf2 loadout. This loadout is the loose canon, splendid screen, and the nine iron. I don't know how it is competitive but for the casual scene it's a fun loadout and I hope this video lets you see why!
