While it's likely not an actual 23-year old savefile (VMUs and Dreamcast consoles have a tendency to reset back to launch - November 28, 1998) and the savefile is also dated earlier than the game's release... but this was still a fun little question to answer! Plus full disclosure - I pulled the shrink wrap off my very first jewel-cased game in this video!
