Who is Heber what is the Multisystem?
Heber Ltd. is a UK company, part of The Retro Collective, based near Stroud in the Cotswolds. They make retro-gaming / classic computer / vintage arcade hardware, especially FPGA-based “consolised” systems, accessories, and things for preserving or reliving older hardware.
The Multisystem² (also “MiSTer Multisystem2”) is Heber’s latest all-in-one FPGA console aimed at integrating and improving on the MiSTer FPGA ecosystem. It's the successor to the MultiSystem and uses a completely self developed motherboard instead of a DE10-Nano board. The multisystem2 comes in a digital only (that's the one I have) version as well as a more advanced version.
The MultiPi is an all-in-one retro gaming / emulation console system built around the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4). Manufactured by Heber Ltd., part of The Retro Collective (UK). Designed to give a cleaner, console-style form to the Pi, with expansions and cartridge support to appeal to retro gamers. The cartridges are not compatible with the MultiSystem.
Bought these with my own funds. This is an independent video.
