Edit: actually yeah, the 3DS family does acknowledge your birthday through the photos app when memories are taken on your birthday, Pictochat as well, and yes, I know about the Wii[u] too, and the various titles that developers decided to slip a little congrats into, also the PSP.

Another thing, I filmed this last year on my old iPhone 8 which had a very quiet mic, so sorry if you can't quite make it out or can't hear a difference, I just uploaded it because... I dunno, just felt like it, wasn't expecting anyone to really see it...

P.S - what you’re hearing for is the pitched up DS boot up chime (their way of saying happy birthday), that’s the nice little subtle touch I liked about my birthday DS’s, it's not much, it's just it always gets a smile out of me when I end up turning on a DS on my birthday :)
