Unlock every Grappling Hook Mod

Grapple Hook mods return from Just Cause 3, but are much simpler and fewer in number. There are only 14 total: 5 each for the Air Lifter and Booster, and 4 for the Retractor. In order to unlock mods, you will need to gain gear points by completing missions and side activities for Garland King, Sargento, and Javi. You will need 10,000 gear points each from Sargento and Garland, and 5,000 from Javi to buy all the upgrades.
Sargento's points are earned by completing his side missions and destroying airships.
Garland's points are earned by completing her side missions and completing the three kinds of stunts.
Javi's points are earned by exploring the ancient ruins and discovering the ancient statues.

This trophy is pretty much unmissable as you should earn enough points just by completing each character's side missions. If you don't, you will easily have enough by the time you complete the stunts, airships, and statues.
