Today we check out Overlooting again and after a ridiculous start, having Villager trait maxed out after 5 turns - the earliest possible - and start building up a stash of the best items available. While doing so we discovered a very fun interaction, where a character skill doubles damage of anything not coming from an attack, so something like poison, thorns or trait damage, and fully go into that.
Adapt your strategy to a skill tree that changes every run, combine pieces of equipment to form powerful synergies and create a game-changing build capable of defeating the bosses that will try to stop you. In this Inventory Management Roguelike two games never feel the same!
