Fall Guys is a fun, simple and very successful Battle Royale game... so I tried making Fall Guys in Unity in 24 hours... as well as making a multiplayer game.

This was my first game dev challenge - making Fall Guys in 24 hours! All Fall Guys models, textures, and game mechanics in this video were created by me in Blender and Unity. I also had to learn how to make a multiplayer game in Unity using Mirror API - something I've never done before while also making Fall Guys in Unity!

Thankfully the game dev challenge was a success and I was able to make a simple version of Fall Guys in Unity and a battle royale game in Unity. There are some things I would do differently now I've finished that could have made certain game mechanics even better and the multiplayer can be a little janky at times - but for just over 24 hours of work, it’s not half bad! I made Fall Guys!

That's what game jams and game dev challenges are for right?

Mediatonic seem to have filled a very good hole in the market, good for them! But seriously please don't sue me for my of Fall Guys Unity!
