With a 97 year old back and a bad habit of sitting for 6 hours a day, I finally bought a standing desk

Not only can I break the bad habit of sitting too long, I also end up getting a good stretch each time I raise the desk

My sitting preset is 28.5 inches whereas my standing preset is 44 inches
