Only Heal poison status
No Legendaries
No Psuedo Legendaries
No Attacking first for Trainer/Gym Battles
No Catching Period
No Held Items
No Healing in Battle or outside
No Marts
No wild battles
No Status buffing
No Debufing your Opponet
No using protins,Calcium ect
Be friendly talk to the locals in town/Cities
Dragon Rage Clause is in effect until your reach the first gym
Shinning clause you run into a shiny Reset your game/randomized file
you can have a HM friend but cannot use it for battling
Only 1 Poke Center visit per town/city
you must finish a dungeon first before leaving unless its story based
You Cant leave the gym once you entered
Talk To your mom and Neighbors before starting your journey
