3Some reason these always sound much louder when fully together. White Label out is every other fan used. Black No label out is Nidec. It is supposed to be quieter. Both seem about the same. These 4 pin fans are in the AVI Only 360. Trying to find a 4pin and a Nidec is almost impossible.
