I started with a new NCAA roster and created 20 of the best players in college Basketball in 2003 and placed them in their respective schools. But here's where it gets crazy: every offseason, I will create the top 15 recruits from the real-life recruiting class of that season, and then we will track the recruiting process to see where each one ends up. This recruiting is the lifeblood that will create the new college football powers, and we will see who will rise to the top and create new dynasties that will reshape the college Basketball world.
