This PS2 slim wouldn't turn on and had a defective ribbon cable that would have scratched disks. I addressed these problems by re-soldering the power socket and installing a 3D printed disk saver mod. To finish up, cleaned the console's 20 year dust storage, as well as installed a new internal clock battery.
