I retrobrighted two Super Famicom gamepads I bought on ebay from a seller in Japan. They were reasonably gross and yellowed. They are by no means perfect and new now- but they are definitely brighter than they were. This was a good project.

I am affiliated with no one, but I did mention a particular screwdriver I thought was good. I really like these:
