I Show An Old Copy Of Joan Of Arc π€β.
Hello, and how are you?
And thanks for watching.
What can I say about this book, aside from the obvious sentimental value it has, as it was owned by a close friend of me and my Dad, Audrey Russell.
She was a primary school teacher, whom my Dad got to know by being her carer, and she lived to a very old age, (I visited her regularly years ago.)
She was an old school, warm hearted and generous individual, but can I can compare her character to that of Joan of Arc?
Of course not.
But, they are two different people from different times π.
Perhaps as you listened to me read the pre face of this old book, it inspired you?
At the very least, we can all learn a thing or two from remarkable, unique individuals like Joan of Arc, amen, and God bless you all.
