33I want to do a video kinda like this one [ • What Character Has The Best Mario Kar... ] by Kirblae but with slightly different rules and themed around music instead. I really like the "win rate" system from this type of voting, so my plan is to do this quiz a couple of times per day for a little while to help me rank the options I have lined up. Chances are, I'll abandon this like all my other ranking videos. But you don't know until you try.
What's included?
Every track with a character mentioned in its name IN ANY LANGUAGE, unless their character doesn't have at least 2 courses to their name.
Only my favourite version of each track's song.
All games are included, even Home Circuit and the arcade games.
Extra clarifications:
Inclusions are based on what games the track is in, not which games the song is in. So for N64 Mario Raceway, the Royal Raceway music from MK8 cannot be considered.
Home Circuit just uses MK8 music, so I'll just take from MK8 OSTs if I can't find what I'm looking for.
"Dragon" is a Mario character so Dragon Driftway and Dragon Palace technically qualify. We know they're clearly Gobblegut tracks anyway.
Technically speaking, there is no track named "Piranha Plant Cove 2" or "Piranha Plant Cove 3" in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe so those tracks use the Tour version.
Tour's Cheep Cheep Island and Wii's Shy Guy Beach arrangements sound the same to me so I'm ranking them together.
