I Tested Fallout 4's Weirdest Weapon Mod in 2024
89Today we test Fallout 4's Weirdest Weapon Mod, EPA Weird Weapons Season's Pass. The mod adds over 150 individual weapon mods bundled into one package, and makes a wide array of playstyles, both good and bad, viable in the game.
Some of the weapons involved include exploding pool balls, tire irons that spawn exploding cars, and Fallout 4's classic cymbal monkey vomiting rockets everywhere. For locations, first we went to visit the Glowing Sea, which is a radically different experience when you have a Weather Overhaul mod installed. Next, we headed to Quincy to clear out Raiders, Gunners, and the Kid in the Fridge. Finally, we stop at Taffington Boathouse, where I use console commands to spawn in an undisclosed number of Deathclaws to test the weapons mod out on.
This definitely isn't the standard Fallout 4 weapon overhaul, but it is a fantastic way to get your kicks with something highly unusual in a Fallout 4 modded playthrough. If you're looking for realistic or mil-sim weapon mods, these may not be for you; however if you'd like to get a little silly on some Super Mutants then this pack provides an abundance of opportunity. This was a very rewarding mod to play and test out, most of them deserve their own special Fallout 4 playthrough. My personal favourite is the Shock N Awe, an airstrike marker that lets you call in Airstrikes on any living target, and is very effective against multiple of Fallout 4's Deathclaws.
