AVOID This Fallout 4 Weapon Mod in 2024! (Use THIS Instead)
610Fallout 4 Weapon mods are an undeniably massive part of the modding experience. Since 2016, Fallout 4 has seen all sorts of weapon mods, from tactical shooter style weapons to lore-accurate expansion packs, to silly and goofy weapons like the previously seen Nukamon Capture Ball. However, for as long as Fallout weapon mods have been around, there is just as much variety in the quality of weapon mods as there is in the types of weapons being modded.
Today's video concerns one Fallout 4 Weapon Mod in particular, the Weaponsmith Extended 2 mod bundle. It is a confusing, contrived, completely outdated mod that in 2024 has no real practical use in any load order. It is the defining mod for the concept: "mods are no plug-and-play". In the video I briefly go over the Installation process for Weaponsmith Extended 2, as well as some better, more up-to-date alternatives to having a big pack of modern weapons.
