0As mostly a Survivor main, I think Michael Myers is the scariest to face in Dead by Daylight (DBD).
Why?
Because of these 2 builds shown in this video.
Especially the Tombstone Myers build coupled with increased speed perks. The first build is also scary to face, making him almost instantly reach Tier III and able to down survivors in one hit.

J. MYERS MEMORIAL (Rare – Evil Within Add-on)
A glossy page ripped from the ’65 Haddonfield High School yearbook, one dedicated to the memory of Judith Myers.

JUDITH’S JOURNAL (Rare – Evil Within Add-on)
A journal identified as owned by Judith M. Myers. Most of the pages are defaced with frightening and disturbing drawings.
• You become obsessed with one Survivor.
• Increases the rate at which evil is gained when stalking
your Obsession by 40%.
Whereas, in the second and third matches, I use a Tombstone Myers build.
The problem is that its Tier III makes you 9% slower.

A large and heavy granite tombstone stolen from Mt. Sinclair Cemetery, belonging to Judith Myers.
• Unlocks the ability to kill healthy or injured Survivors with Evil Within III.

• Decreases movement speed by 9% while Evil Within III is active.
