So the game decided it was gonna switch my quick slot item from my grappling hook to molotovs. After falling down a cliff I tried to use my grappling to get away, but I just ended up throwing fire at myself. I thought it was something else throwing fire at me, but NO! It was ME! Stupid game, I can't believe you've done this!
