I've been tracking video game prices for a long time on this channel and last year in 2021 I tracked 205 games. 2021 was a busy year for video game prices; The WATA Sealed Grading market took off and was exposed for manipulation by Karl Jobst, the PlayStation store was to shut down effectively locking high value games to a 25 year old medium. I took the prices from these video games and compared January 2021 to January 2022. In this retronomics episode I take a look at any trends that have emerged to make a prediction for where video game prices are going to go in 2022.
