I give my first impressions/update on how I feel after trying the Carnivore diet after 3 weeks. Nothing revelatory, but I'm definitely better off than I was trying to eat a "balanced" diet previously.

I play games and talk about my experience with the next big "fad diet". My experience was very positive, not to spoil things too much.

The carnivore diet involves eating nothing but meat and eggs for the most part, sometimes with a touch of dairy, but only to the point that you continue to stay in ketosis. Ketosis is actually a very healthy state to be in. Instead of carbohydrates (or carbs), your body adjusts to using fat for its primary fuel source.
