I decided this time around I'd save footage from doing this stage, particularly due to the fact that some of the nonsense you have to handle is as difficult or harder than screens in Stage 6. I started Stage 5 June 28th, finished the next day on the 29th.

I Wanna Be The Color - I think this was the first screen that made me feel like I was getting beyond my capacity when I first saw it. It's also rather educational for some of the techniques of I Wanna Be The Fangames. This was where I first learned about pixel alignment, the strategy of ramming your kid against a wall to make his pixels better aligned for making some jumps that are otherwise near impossible (or impossible in some cases). This playthrough, I would do this pretty much anytime I was having trouble with some jump. It didn't even have to be necessary for making the jump, I'd just do it because I thought it might work as a placebo effect for making me play better. Anyway, the jump in particular I needed to do this was at 0:57.

I Wanna Be The Scapegoat - This falls under the category of 'fun screen that serves as a break'. It's not something easy, but it's not bad.

I Wanna Be The Symmetry - The same as the above, changing the physics also makes for a very nice change of pace.

Rainbow Miku - One of my least favourite 'screens' in the game. It drags on forever, it messes with your eyes, that bright green background is getting to me, did I mention it's still not over? This and one other screen is the reason for a 3 month gap between me first beating Geezer and beating Solgryn. However, I will admit this screen went a lot better than last time. Heck, making the jumps at 6:31 were surprisingly better than last time.

I Wanna Be The Unknown - Something very odd keeps happening to me on this stage. At about 6:50 you'll see the kid teleport horizontally into the wall. Funny thing, it sets you up perfectly for falling between the spikes there. This stage was one of the first I noticed requires you to make an incredibly small mid air hop in order to avoid hitting your head. It's actually rather tricky to do, especially later in the game at one particular point in Stage 6.

I Wanna End The Blood Festival - I swear this stage was a lot harder the first time. Also, I seem to remember doing the jump at 7:57 where the 2 spikes fall differently the first time, yet I couldn't figure out how to do it again. Also, can't believe I forgot that stupid trap at the end where you can't just walk through the ending and instead have to jump.

I Wanna Be The Dieary - After watching Merg's (MyEveryRottenGiggles) playthrough of this game, I am SO glad I discovered you could use the first save again. Have literally no idea how I would have gotten through the screen otherwise. With that save, it's just a matter of getting the right RNG. It should be another break stage, but for Merg, it sure wasn't.

I Wanna Be The Pyf - My least favourite stage in the entire game. That includes Stage 6, and Stage M which I haven't done yet. That first save is just a series of ridiculous jumps that you have to make in succession. You do it over and over and it could be finished quickly or you'll still be doing it a couple days later. This the second reason for the 3 month gap between Geezer and Solgryn my first time. Thankfully, I actually managed to get through this one in only an hour this time. The second segment actually isn't that bad but the first segment is bad enough to make me hate it just because I'm still on this lousy screen.

I Wanna Be The Locus - It's long and tricky but I don't care I'm still feeling so good about getting through that last screen that I enjoyed this one despite it taking about the same time to complete as the last screen. It's cool because it changes things up, altering the kid's size and speed. Also it's much more aesthetically pleasing to look at than the last screen. It's an excellent example of how difficult screens should be done. Difficult and still very fun.

I Wanna Be The Boshy - It's funny because despite how infamous this screen is from Boshy, it's just so much easier than most things you're doing at this point. It's really a case of once you've reached here, the hard part is done and you're just moving forward to face Solgryn.

All in all I prefer Stage 6 because of the fact that each screen would have it's own unique theme for it. Listening to the song over 10 screens that are almost on the same level as Stage 6 is quite brutal.
