I'm weeks away from a bodybuilding physique competition. I've only done it once before, and having to work this hard for something that I have no intention of winning is tougher than I thought. Losing weight, pushing my body to the limits, and continuing vigorous exercise through caloric deficit is extremely challenging.

I'm also the hairiest man in the world. So, that's entirely something else that I have to deal with.
