I wore a suit to work and got my supervisor soft demoted Part 1
In today's video, I open up about a personal experience at work that many might find relatable. As someone who handles mid to high-level complaints daily, navigating complex cases with PR and legal teams is all in a day's work for me. Despite consistently exceeding targets by managing 50–55 cases daily—simply out of commitment and loyalty—one sick day brought unexpected consequences. During a day under the weather, I managed 39 cases, slightly below the company's daily expectation. To my surprise, this led to being singled out for underperformance and sent to a 3-day seminar. It raises questions about recognition and fairness in the workplace. Join me as I reflect on this experience, and let's discuss driving performance in a system that doesn't always acknowledge it.
